  • To be nominated, candidates must have an active and current profile in the IRCC Express Entry system at the time of their application evaluation.
  • An applicant whose employment status is unregulated or who fails to show evidence of having completed all licensing procedures required to be employed in Manitoba may find it difficult to get their entire application accepted or refused by the MPNP.
