The PNP is intended to draw immigrants in high-skilled, low-skilled, skilled, and labor-short sectors to work in specific provinces.

🍁 Pathway 1: BC PNP Skills Immigration
The BC PNP Skills Immigration Program allows skilled and semi-skilled individuals to immigrate to BC for work.

Workers with a professional, managerial, technical, trade, or other skilled employment may become permanent residents under the Skilled Worker category of the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP). To apply through this program, you’ll need to accept a legitimate employment offer from a B.C. company before you may qualify for this benefit. Training and experience are also required.
This kind of B.C. Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) allows health professionals to immigrate and work in B.C. and eventually get a permanent residency. Before you qualify, you must receive an offer of full-time employment from a public health authority as a physician, specialist, registered nurse, registered psychiatric nurse, or nurse practitioner.
Is your diploma or degree from a Canadian institution or college valid? If so, this program could possibly provide you with a chance to become a permanent resident in BC. It’s important to note that this program is only open to those who have accepted full-time and temporary job offers from employers in British Columbia. It must be a skilled profession (Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B).
If you meet the educational requirements and received a degree in science from an approved BC institution, this pathway could be the right option for you! BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) allows for SI-International Post-Graduate immigration under the Skills Immigration (SI) category. A job offer is not required in order to apply.
Entry-level and semi-skilled employees in any of these occupations (including but not limited to hospitality, long-haul trucking, or food processing) who have worked in Canada for at least two years may immigrate to B.C. through the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP). You must first accept a legitimate employment offer from a B.C. company before you can qualify for this pathway.
🍁 Pathway 2: Express Entry BC
Express Entry BC allows skilled employees to enter BC relatively quickly. It is completely web-based for both the BC PNP and permanent residence applications. No BC job experience required. However, you must have appropriate job experience and satisfy educational and language skills.

Expedient Entry BC (EEBC) – International Post-Graduate category of the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP). No employment offer required. Express Entry BC links to IRCC’s Express Entry system to speed up the permanent residency procedure.

Entrepreneurs from across the globe may enter the BC Provincial Nominee Program via the BC Provincial Nominee Program Entrepreneur Immigration – Regional Pilot (EI – Regional Pilot). This category was made to meet economic development requirements of the community.
This category makes it possible for international companies to have essential employees come to B.C. and acquire the necessary business knowledge and skills. The foreign company may apply for provincial appointments to support up to five of its existing senior employees for permanent residency.
