Canadacis (Canadacis.org) commits itself to adherence with the principles of the GDPR in regards to protecting your data under our storage.  

Canadacis has a right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. This right shall not be limited and shall be at the company’s sole discretion. When this Privacy Policy is updated, Canadacis will post any updated Privacy Policy on this website. All updates made to this Privacy Policy will become effective on the date that they are posted by our company. When any changes made that are related to our company’s use of your personal information Canadacis will seek to ensure that are in accordance with the requirements of the relevant laws.

You have independently decided to submit your personal information to Canadacis through its website, and you declare and obligate to the following:  

All of the personal information that you have provide to Canadacis is accurate, complete and correct. 

You understand that the personal information that you provide to Canadacis will be retained in the company’s data storage, for the purpose that the company will utilize that personal information and transfer it to third parties that cooperate with Canadacis or act on its behalf, in accordance with the conditions this Privacy Policy.

Minors 

There is a requirement for you to be at least 16 years of age to ensure that your consent is a valid basis for collecting personal information about you. If you do not meet the minimum age requirement, your parent or guardian must consent in order for us to process your information and adhere to this Privacy Policy. Minors who lack such consent, cannot use Canadacis services. Canadacis reserves the right, to request information and proof regarding your age.

All information about users that Canadacis may share with business partners and other third parties we provide in aggregate form so that no individual user is identified. Canadacis sends messages to its subscribers via email regarding its products, new services, improvements, notice of scheduled services, etc. Our subscribers may opt-out of receiving this information by suspending their subscription with us.

Canadacis does not provide an archiving service. Canadacis agrees only that it will not intentionally delete any Customer Data from any Service prior to termination of the Customer’s applicable Subscription Term. Canadacis expressly disclaims all other obligations with respect to storage. 

Use of “Cookies”

Canadacis uses “cookie” files.  The files monitor your activity when you visit our website. We do this in order to improve your website user experience and as offer you services that may interest you, suggested by the data that is collected from this cookie file. There may be times when our company permits the installation of cookie files on your device (either on a temporary basis or permanently) by third parties which are related to their websites, services and/or products. You can set your Internet browser preferences to a cookie rejecting mode, but be advised that the service may not function properly.   

 

Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties 

Canadacis will share personal information about you with other associated companies that comprise the corporate family that Canadacis is a part of, in order to achieve the goals of the client and Canadacis . Canadacis will also share your personal information with necessary third parties such as those listed below:   

RCICs, lawyers, immigration consultants, business consultants and additional third parties in order to facilitate the process of obtaining an immigration visa;    

Third parties providing services or supplies that help our company to provide you with the services requested (for example, accountants, IT services, legal advisers, payment processing services, etc.); 

Government officials as required in order to satisfy legal requirements; 

Any third parties who are our company’s business partners in providing additional services if you indicate an interest in such services.

Personal Data Used for Marketing 

Canadacis considers the needs and personal preferences of its customers with a goal of providing them with information and products to enhance the experience. Canadacis analyses their personal information so that we can make the client offers that you may find personally relevant. To the extent that you agree to be sent marketing offers from Canadacis, our company can refine its offers made to you by using the conclusions drawn from these analyses of your data. 

You may request at any time and without cost that Canadacis not use your personal information for direct marketing purposes, by sending an email with the subject line “Unsubscribe” to: [email protected]   

Length of Time we Retain Your Personal Information 

We are dealing with governmental programs, for which the requirements change from time to time, your details will be saved in our systems using advanced security encryption for as long as necessary in order for our company to provide you with our services unless otherwise instructed by you in writing in accordance with the GDPR regulations. In general, after a 5 year period information is reviewed and either stored longer if required, or deleted.
