International students who are fully vaccinated are no longer required to spend two weeks in quarantine. Unless you are randomly chosen, there is no need for an on-arrival test if you are entirely vaccinated as of last August 9. Canadians are only considered completely vaccinated 14 days after receiving the last dose of a vaccine authorized by Health Canada. Pfizer, Moderna, Astra Zeneca, and Janssen are the only vaccines accepted in Canada right now. Any other vaccine that isn’t listed above isn’t accepted in Canada.
